Privacy Policy for Home Resilience Planner

The app may store your preparedness-assessment answers, resilience score, action-plan items, preferences, and progress on your device so the planner can work for you. We do not receive this planner information unless you voluntarily include it in a support request.

If you make or restore a purchase, Google Play and RevenueCat process purchase history, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information, an anonymous app-user identifier, and limited technical information such as device type and operating system. This information is needed to validate purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and unlock Pro features.

Payment details are entered and processed by Google Play. AATF Survival Guide does not receive your complete payment-card information. If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide.

Google Play processes Android payments and purchase records under Google’s privacy practices. RevenueCat processes purchase history, subscription status, anonymous app-user identifiers, and related technical information on our behalf so purchases can be validated and Pro access can be provided.

We do not sell personal information and do not share app information for third-party advertising.

Information sent to Google Play and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit. Planner information stored locally remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app, subject to any device-backup settings you control.

Purchase and subscription records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect information.

You can remove locally stored planner information by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.

To request deletion of information associated with RevenueCat, email alive@aatfsurvivalguide.com. Include your anonymous App User ID, if it is shown in the app, and enough purchase information for us to locate the correct record. We may retain information that must be kept for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

Home Resilience Planner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
