This Privacy Policy explains how AATF Survival Guide handles information when you use the AATF Home Resilience Planner mobile application (the “App”). The App is designed to keep most preparedness information on your device.
The App may store information you choose to enter, including preparedness-assessment answers, resilience scores, action-plan progress, household details, emergency contacts, meeting points, custom checklist items, supplies, quantities, expiry dates, notes, preferences, and reminder settings. This planner information is stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.
AATF Survival Guide does not receive this locally stored planner information unless you voluntarily include it in a support or privacy request.
If you choose to add a supply photo or scan an expiry label, the App may request access to your camera or photo library. The image is used to help you identify an item or read an expiry date. Photos and extracted expiry information are stored with your supply record on your device.
Camera and photo access are optional and are requested only when you use those features. AATF Survival Guide does not use your photos for advertising, facial recognition, or identity verification. Do not photograph documents or information unrelated to your household supplies.
If you make or restore a purchase, Google Play processes the transaction and RevenueCat helps validate your entitlement and provide Pro access. They may process purchase history, product identifiers, transaction information, subscription or entitlement status, an App User ID, device and operating-system information, and limited technical diagnostics needed to operate and troubleshoot purchases.
Payment details are entered and processed by Google Play. AATF Survival Guide does not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account information. Google Play and RevenueCat handle information under their own privacy practices.
Reminder notifications are generated from the dates and settings stored on your device. Notification permission is requested only when needed for a reminder feature. The App does not use reminder content for advertising.
Your device or operating-system backup settings may copy locally stored App data as part of a device backup. AATF Survival Guide does not operate a separate cloud backup service for your planner data.
If you choose to open directions to a meeting point, the App may pass the destination you selected to a mapping or navigation app on your device. That external service handles the request under its own privacy policy. The Home Resilience Planner does not continuously track your location.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share App information for third-party targeted advertising. The App is not designed to collect advertising identifiers, precise or continuous location, health or fitness information, complete payment-card details, or names and email addresses through an in-App account.
If you contact support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that support the feature you choose, such as Google Play and RevenueCat for purchases, or with an external mapping app when you request directions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer where legally permitted.
Planner information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App, subject to backup settings you control. Information sent to service providers is protected in transit using standard encryption.
Google Play and RevenueCat retain purchase and entitlement records as needed to provide their services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect information.
You can edit or remove individual information inside the App. “Reset Everything” in Settings erases assessment answers and completed actions as described in the App. Clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it removes locally stored App data from that device, subject to any device backup that you control.
You can disable notifications in your device settings and manage or cancel purchases through Google Play.
To request deletion of information associated with support records or RevenueCat, email alive@aatfsurvivalguide.com. Include your App User ID if it is shown in the App and enough purchase information to locate the correct record. We may retain information required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction-record purposes.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and AATF Survival Guide does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
