Privacy Policy for AATF Survival Guide and Home Resilience Planner

This Privacy Policy explains how AATF Survival Guide handles information when you visit www.aatfsurvivalguide.com (the “Website”) or use the Home Resilience Planner mobile application (the “App”).
1. Information Collected Through the Website
Information you provide: We may receive your name, email address, and other information you voluntarily provide when you subscribe, submit a form, leave a comment, make a purchase, or contact us.
Website and device information: The Website and its service providers may process IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Website. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the Website, remember preferences, measure performance, and support marketing where permitted.
2. Information Handled by the App
The App may store your preparedness-assessment answers, resilience score, action-plan items, preferences, and progress on your device so the planner can work for you. We do not receive this planner information unless you voluntarily include it in a support request.
If you make or restore a purchase, Google Play and RevenueCat process purchase history, subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information, an anonymous App User ID, and limited technical information such as device type and operating system. This information is needed to validate purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and unlock Pro features.
The App does not collect an advertising ID for targeted advertising, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, videos, audio, files, or health and medical information.
3. Payments
Website payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Android App payments are processed by Google Play. AATF Survival Guide does not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account details.
4. How Information Is Used
We may use information to:

• Validate purchases and manage subscription or lifetime access
• Restore purchases and troubleshoot access

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Disabling cookies may affect some Website features. The App does not use an advertising ID for targeted advertising.
6. Service Providers and Sharing
We use service providers to operate the Website, deliver communications, process payments, and manage App purchases. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.
Google Play processes Android payments and purchase records under Google’s privacy practices. RevenueCat processes purchase history, subscription status, anonymous App User IDs, and related technical information on our behalf so purchases can be validated and Pro access can be provided.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share App information for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
7. Storage, Security, and Retention
Information sent to Google Play and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit. Planner information stored locally remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, subject to device-backup settings you control.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records, and prevent fraud. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but reasonable safeguards are used.
8. Your Choices, Rights, and Deletion Requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information.
You can remove locally stored App information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
To request deletion of Website information or information associated with RevenueCat, email alive@aatfsurvivalguide.com. For an App request, include your anonymous App User ID if it is shown in the App and enough purchase information to locate the correct record. We may retain records required for legal, accounting, transaction, or fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Website and App are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website and App may link to third-party websites, products, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and AATF Survival Guide is not responsible for their content or practices.
